- 1 Rye and Cereals Half-Baguette
- 60g tzatziki sauce
- 80g smoked salmon
- 20g cucumber
- 20g zucchini
- 10g black radish
- 1,5g poppy seeds
- Trout roe
Étapes de préparation
- Press the salmon and zucchini slices together and cut to the width of the Baguettine.
- Grate 5g of cucumber and the black radish into a bowl.
- Cut the cucumber into 3cm sticks.
- Cut the Rye and Cereals Half-Baguette in 2/3.
- Fill the sandwich, starting with the sauce, the grated cucumber and black radish.
- Place 3 generous sticks of cucumber and then the preparation with salmon and zucchini.
- Make three waves, putting two final cucumber sticks on the top before decorating with trout roe.

Tzatziki sauce : mix together 25g of mascarpone, 10g of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, 10g of tzatziki sauce, some grated ginger and chopped mint.
