  • 1 Rye and Cereals Half-Baguette
  • 60g tzatziki sauce
  • 80g smoked salmon
  • 20g cucumber
  • 20g zucchini
  • 10g black radish
  • 1,5g poppy seeds
  • Trout roe

  • Press the salmon and zucchini slices together and cut to the width of the Baguettine.
  • Grate 5g of cucumber and the black radish into a bowl.
  • Cut the cucumber into 3cm sticks.
  • Cut the Rye and Cereals Half-Baguette in 2/3.
  • Fill the sandwich, starting with the sauce, the grated cucumber and black radish.
  • Place 3 generous sticks of cucumber and then the preparation with salmon and zucchini.
  • Make three waves, putting two final cucumber sticks on the top before decorating with trout roe.
